To ignore or refuse the worth of lives like mine is to diminish the calibre of lives like yours.
It's neither favor nor charity, it's as much your responsibility as it's mine––it's as much for your wellbeing as mine. We've no choice: we're all connected. My pain hurts you as much as yours wound me.
